佳子さまが28歳に【和訳付き】

Japan’s Princess Kako turned 28 on December 29th.

日本の佳子さまが12月29日に28歳の誕生日を迎えました。

The youngest daughter of Crown Prince Fumihito and Crown Princess Kiko visited the Imperial Palace to extend birthday greetings to the Emperor and Empress.

皇嗣文仁さまと皇嗣妃紀子さまの次女が天皇皇后両陛下に誕生日の挨拶をするために皇居を訪れました。

The Princess has been actively taking on duties this year, including visits to rural areas that were suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic.

今年は新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響で中断していた地方訪問など、積極的に活動しています。

Other duties include working as a contract employee of the Japanese Federation of the Deaf three times a week since May.

その他にも5月から週3回、全日本ろうあ連盟の契約社員として勤務しています。

Princess Kako has been working in the hope of creating a society in which everyone can live in peace, according to the Imperial Household Agency.

宮内庁によると、佳子さまは誰もが安心して暮らせる社会を目指して活動してきたそうです。
